SVMC Welcomes Emma Rose Boisvert, FNP, to Deerfield Valley Campus

BENNINGTON, VT—October 7, 2019— Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) is pleased to welcome Emma Rose Boisvert, FNP, to the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Putnam Physicians and SVMC Deerfield Valley Campus in Wilmington. 

Boisvert received her master’s of science in nursing from Simmons University in Massachusetts. She received both her associate’s and bachelor’s in nursing from Southern Vermont College. She has worked at SVMC as an inpatient nurse on the medical-surgical unit since 2015. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

SVMC Deerfield Valley Campus’s board-certified physicians are a part of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock health system and have access to more than 1,200 primary and specialty care physicians and state-of-the-art-technology and services.

The practice offers primary care for patients of all ages. It is a Patient Centered Medical Home, as recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance and provides a number of preventive health services—including a diabetic education, nutrition counseling, mental health counseling, a substance abuse counseling, and a nurse case manager—all in one place. In addition to these services, the practice offers physical therapy, blood draw, and X-ray on site.
