EMPLOYEE GIVING

Among Southwestern Vermont Health Care's most ardent supporters are its employees, nurses, physicians, and associate providers. We could not be more proud that the people who work here every day choose to make a monetary contribution to sustain and improve care. If you are an employee, nurse, physician, or associate provider we invite you to join your colleagues in making a gift now.

Your giving is tailored to you:

  • You can give in honor of someone you love or work with.
  • You can choose to have your gift benefit a particular practice, department or initiative.
  • Your gift can be made in any amount.
  • You can give anonymously.
  • You can contribute by check, credit or debit card, or payroll deduction.
  • You can give once per year or spread your gift out monthly or by paycheck.

Please download the form that corresponds with your position, below.

Employees of Southwestern Vermont Medical Center may make a one-time gift or a recurring gift directly from their bi-weekly paychecks. To make a donation to our Employee Giving Campaign, download the printable employee giving form or click to give now by credit card.

Physicians at SVMC are invited to support Southwestern Vermont Medical Center with a recurring gift deducted automatically from your Dartmouth-Hitchcock paycheck or a one-time gift. To show your support, please contact the Foundation to set-up your payroll deductions, or click to give now. Thank you for your support.

Each year the Employee Giving Campaign encourages Southwestern Vermont Medical Center employees to join together to show support for our health system. We are excited to introduce a unique campaign dedicated specifically to nurses.

The Nurses Giving Circle was created for you. Gifts will be designated for three purposes:

  • The Margaret M. Rehm Academic Scholarship for Nursing, generously funded by the family of Margaret Rehm—including Carol Conroy, SVHC's former chief nursing officer, and matched by David Meiselman, former SVHC trustee and past board chair and his wife Myra Packman. The fund will provide nursing staff across the care continuum with tuition assistance for academic progression in the pursuit of a BSN or higher degree.
  • The Mary L. Botter Fund for Education awards financial assistance to those pursuing higher education in a health or human services field, including but not limited to nursing, nursing assistant, radiologic thechnology, medical technician, counseling, psychology, social services, and sociology programs. Awards may be used to cover the cost of tuitionand related educational expenses, including books and fees.
  • The SVMC Nurses Fund for Training and Certification will support nurses seeking to advance their clinical skills, proficiency, and knowledge. Academic and technical advancement of our nursing staff enables us to fulfill our mission of providing exceptional care and comfort to our patients.
