Accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the Learning Tree Early Education Program provides a caring and stimulating environment for children between the ages of six weeks and five years to grow and develop.
Based on the SVMC campus, the Learning Tree’s eleven staff members are all trained in early care and education as stipulated by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Both professional and passionate about their work, they effectively balance individual attention with group experiences to the benefit of all.
The Learning Tree is an accredited 5-star program through Vermont’s STARS program (STep Ahead Recognition System) and rated outstanding in the areas of regulatory history, staff qualifications, families and communities, program practices, and administration.
Open Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., the Learning Tree provides breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack to all children over the age of one. We accept financial aid from both the state of New York and Vermont.
