An Investment in Better Health

Happy holidays from the SVHC Foundation. During this festive time, we thank those who have supported our mission of exceptional care and comfort and encourage others to join them. Please consider making a gift.

In the last year, donations were used to make a tremendous impact. Among the many projects completed with donor support, we:

• Partnered with Dartmouth-Hitchcock to equip our ExpressCare locations, Intensive Care Unit, Neurology Department, and Pharmacy with TeleMedicine, connecting our board-certified physicians and providers with their specialty medical teams.
• Met patients’ needs by offering services like dentistry and expanding our nationally recognized Transitional Care Program to children and their families.
• Joined with our neighbor, Southern Vermont College, to launch an exciting initiative that will improve our ability to recruit and retain highly trained nurses.
