Booster Update for Moderna Recipients

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has shortened the time between second dose and booster by one month. If you were vaccinated with a second dose of Moderna 5 months ago or more, you are now eligible to receive a booster dose. This is a revision in guidance from the previously recommended 6 months. Those who received a second dose of Pfizer 5 months or more ago are also eligible for a booster as are those who received a single dose of Johnson & Johnson 2 months or more ago.
