The Medical Group: Dartmouth-Hitchcock Putnam Physicians

In 2012, a formal affiliation with Dartmouth-Hitchcock formed Dartmouth-Hitchcock Putnam Physicians, a multi-specialty physicians group that provides medical services exclusively to Southwestern Vermont Medical Center.

The partnership provides access to state-of-the-art technology, the latest research, and more than 1,200 of the northeast’s most distinguished clinical experts. 

Through more than 20 primary and specialty care practices, the group provides care to people in Bennington and Windham Counties in Vermont, eastern Rensselaer and Washington Counties in New York, and northern Berkshire County in Massachusetts.
