BENNINGTON, VT—April 10, 2023—The Yoga Place, located on 532 Main Street in downtown Bennington, held free yoga classes during heart health month to benefit Southwestern Vermont Medical Center’s Cardiology Services. The Valentine’s Day weekend classes attracted many new faces to the practice of yoga. Those who attended graciously donated $535 to benefit SVMC’s Cardiac Rehabilitation.
