Registration for Breastfeeding Class Now Open

Lots of parents-to-be think, “Breastfeeding. How hard could it be?” The honest answer is “You’d be surprised.”

If you’re expecting, now is the time to register for SVMC’s Breastfeeding for New Parents class. Slated for September 10th, this free 2-hour class can help you better understand how breastfeeding works, how to establish a healthy supply of breast milk, how to help baby latch, how to know if your baby is getting enough milk, different breastfeeding positions for successful feeding, and more. Plus, you’ll get introduced to helpful equipment and learn tips for returning to work and how to overcome common challenges.

It's just the information, guidance, and encouragement you need for a successful breastfeeding experience.

Email childbirthED@svhealthcare.org to register for this free class at the SVMC campus on September 10th from 6-8 p.m.
