Support through every stage of growth

Now Accepting New Patients! Call (802) 447-3930 to establish care.

SVMC Pediatrics, integrated with Dartmouth Health Children's, offers the experience and support families need to care for kids' evolving health needs, from birth through adolescence and young adulthood. We’re there with you every step of the way, caring for your little (and not-so-little one) like they’re our own.

Recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home, we provide a new model of personal, efficient, and effective primary care.  Services include:

  • Routine, acute and chronic medical care
  • Consultations on child development, newborn care, well child and adolescent care, acute illness visits, immunizations, asthma management, ADHD, weight management and nutrition and behavioral health
  • Case management for families who need to be connected with community resources
  • Telehealth appointments: Directions and details on accessing telehealth visits will be provided prior to a scheduled appointment; insurance and state restrictions may apply
  • Our Patient Portal is a free service that offers parents and caregivers secure messaging, appointment requests, online billing, access to medical forms and review of personal health information
  • Preferred language care through electronic language services
  • Financial resources for patients can be found at this link or by calling 802-447-4500
  • SVMC's Patient Advocate can be reached at 802-442-4054 to discuss any concerns you have about your care that can't be resolved by the clinical practice team

A provider is on call for urgent (non-emergent) issues 24 hours a day. When the office is closed, an answering service will quickly relay your message to the provider on call. After you have made contact with the answering service, leave your phone line open so the on-call provider may return your call without delay. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.

We're here for you. Please call us at 802-447-3930 if you have additional questions or would like to speak to our practice manager.

Health Resources

Evidence Based Practice and How it Guides Care

SVMC Practices and Affliliates recommend these educational resources to assist in your health journey: the American Academy of Pediatrics, Nemours Kids Health, SVMC's Women's and Children's Services, Dartmouth Health's Patient Education Library, and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

As children grow, it’s important to make sure their development is on track. Routine and preventive screenings are one of the best ways to do that. Recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics, screenings are used to evaluate vision, hearing, and blood pressure and check for signs of autism, depression, and drug use, and much more. Screenings can be conducted as part of routine visits in our office or as part of an ongoing care plan.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends a variety of preventive vaccines for children ages birth through 18 years. Our pediatric team is happy to discuss the role of vaccines in preventive health and to administer them onsite in our offices.

Whether yours is getting ready for school, camp, or their first team sport, we’re happy to provide routine physicals to ensure they’re healthy and ready for what’s next.

A healthy diet is key to a healthy life. Our pediatric team works with patients and their families to develop a nutrition plan that works for their specific needs, including strategies for coping with diabetes and childhood obesity.

Childhood is a time of both physical and emotional growth. Behavioral health assessments are an effective way to identify behavioral health issues—including autism and ADHD—and substance abuse disorders. Through early diagnosis, we’re better able to help patients address their issue in the most effective way possible.

When your child is not feeling well, our team is available to help. Same-day appointments are available for sick children. Our office number connects parents to qualified medical advice day or night, weekends and holidays.
