The childbirth education class teaches the physical and mental skills needed to cope with the discomforts of labor and delivery, as well as the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy, labor and delivery; care of mother and baby in the post partum period; use of medication and anesthesia; role of the support person; and more. Register during your fourth month of pregnancy to start class during your seventh month.
