Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Activities Director the LNA acts as program leader in the Creative Expressions workshop. The LNA provides meaningful activities representing the interests of the residents/patients being served. The LNA also assists with personal care needs of residents/patients in the program as needed.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent education. Current VT LNA license is required. Must be 18 years of age to apply.
