Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration of all SVMC benefit programs including but not limited to providing customer service and guidance to employees on our benefit offerings, leave administration and bill reconciliation, as well as overall support to all other human resources functions.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Computer Science or related field required. Prior customer service experience is required, along with a minimum of 2 years prior experience in payroll, HRIS administration, benefit administration or other human resources area required.
