HOW TO USE YOUR PEDOMETER
This year we are using the Bodytronics pedometer again. Please carefully read or print out these instructions.
The basic rules for participating in Trek III are; when you get up each morning, starting April 13, you put on your pedometer and wear it the entire day. Before you go to bed, remove the pedometer and daily record your step total on your Step Tracking Sheet Then add any other kinds of physical activity in minutes and use the Step Conversion Chart to give you that step count.
Be careful with your pedometer. We can not replace them.
