Thank you! We exceeded our goal!

The Southwestern Vermont Health Care (SVHC) Foundation offers extraordinarily heartfelt thanks to many for the successful completion of a grassroots community fundraising effort to support SVHC's acquisition of Southern Vermont College’s (SVC) campus. 

Most of all, thank you to David Newell and Michael McKenna, invaluable community members who conceptualized and led the campaign. We'd also like to thank Mike Cutler at Catamount Access Television, Matt Harrington at the Southwestern Vermont Chamber of Commerce, the Bennington Banner. 

Next, we'd like to thank the 450 donors who surprised and overwhelmed us with both their generosity and their notes of support. 

Thank you, also, to our healthcare workers and those associated with Southern Vermont College for inspiring the support we witnessed throughout this campaign. 

And finally, our expression of deep appreciation to the SVHC leadership and Board of Trustees who had the vision to secure this treasured asset for our community.
