Spine Care
The expertise of our spine surgeon, Dr. Daniel Robbins, brings SVMC innovative techniques, such as vertebroplasty and dynamic spine stabilization. Dr. Robbins has more than 20 years of experience in treating back problems and frequently teaches new techniques in hospitals around the world. Sports Medicine
SVMC's orthopedic surgeons all are athletes at heart. Several of our surgeons have special training in sports and related injuries. 

A former collegiate baseball player,Dr. Matthew Nofziger completed a fellowship in treating sports injuries at the Nirschl Orthopaedic Center for Sports Medicine & Joint Reconstruction at Georgetown University.

 

A runner and collegiate soccer goalie, Dr. Denise Durant has advanced training in hand and microsurgery techniques from University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Dr. Deborah Henley runs, swims, and loves yoga. She has special training in foot and ankle reconstruction from New York University's Hospital for Joint Diseases in Manhattan.

Drs. Robert Block and William Ketterer are two of the most experienced orthopedic surgeons around. Together they offer innovative joint replacement techniques that lessen recovery time and reduce post-surgical pain.
