Dear Doc -

After almost 18 years, i am losing one of my "best" friends. We had a great relationship and it is going to be a hard chore to try and replace you. Your kidness, understanding and commitment to your patients will be hard to find in another doctor.

But life must go on and I wish you all the happiness in your new venture. I also have to "Thank you" for my being here. You were the one who detected my cancer at an early stage and I made a great recovery.

I will certainly miss you and hope we may cross each others paths some day at the hospital. Place place this floral arrangement on your desk or in your office at the hospital — a reminder of an "old" stubborn broad, who will miss you dearly.

God Bless You –
