BENNINGTON, VT—August 8, 2017—Southwestern Vermont Regional Cancer Center (SVRCC), a department of Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC), gratefully accepted a donation of dozens of blankets from Bennington Subaru and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Upstate New York/Vermont Chapter. Representatives of Bennington Subaru also brought lunch boxes filled with art-making supplies for children who visit the center.

“Blankets are so comforting to patients,” said Wendy Petitt, the manager of the Cancer Center at SVMC. “We know patients will appreciate both the blankets and the thoughtfulness Subaru and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society have shown them.”
