QSV Program Coordinator, Quality, Safety & Value, Full Time

Full Time Days, 80 hrs. pay period

Responsibilities:
This position coordinates and oversees assigned administrative programs and data systems, and manages assigned process improvement projects. Provides administrative support to Quality, Safety & Value (QSV) program leaders, and facilitates departmental operations. Serves as a resource for clinicians, directors, managers and administrators for issues as they arise and coordinates with appropriate discipline to develop proposals and provide recommendations for resolution. Understands and improves patient safety and care delivery processes while using discretion when working with confidential clinician, patient or process information.

Requirements:
BA or BS with 2 years applicable experience required. Must have excellent typing, grammar and spelling capabilities as well as strong attention to detail. Proficient use of Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel & Power Point. CPHQ certification preferred. Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred. Ability to work with others in a collaborative manner that supports a culture of patient safety and quality.
