Responsibilities:
Southwestern Vermont Health Care’s Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice is seeking an RN for the Hospice program. This position may cover some time in home care services as well on an as needed basis.

Requirements:
Prior home health care, case management and Med/Surg experience required, 2+ years and hospice experience preferred CHPN preferred. Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a Vermont State license by date of hire. Current CPR certification, current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. EOE
