Responsibilities:
The Speech Therapist provides speech therapy treatment as a member of the agency interdisciplinary team in the comprehensive delivery of services to patients and families within their home or appropriate treatment settings.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology; One year SLP in home care setting preferred. Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, reliable transportation, VT Clinical Speech Language Pathology; CPR; Certification of clinical competence in Speech Language Pathology granted by the American Speech Language & Hearing Association.
