Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing network security for SVMC. The ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and on-call rotation is required for this position.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required. Five years of network and security administration support experience in a mid-sized corporate environment is required. Prior experience with Cisco systems required. Cisco security and/or network administrator certification preferred. Prior project management experience is also required. Must have knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, basic networking, Microsoft OS and Office suite software programs. Must be able to obtain and maintain Checkpoint Security and Cisco Network Administrator certification within two years of employment. A valid state driver’s license is required. Upon conditional offer of employment, must be able to successfully pass Motor Vehicle Record check in accordance with SVHC insurance requirements.
