Subacute Nurse Manager, FT, Days

Full Time Days
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of resident/patient care through utilization of the nursing process, and through coordination and supervision of the nursing personnel providing care. Provides clinical supervision of resident/patient care, and correlates bedside care with the MDS assessment and interdisciplinary care plan to obtain consistent and accurate documentation. Provides 24 hour accountability for resident/patient care.
Requirements:
Graduate of a professional school of nursing required; Vermont RN license or eligibility required; Long term care and acute care nursing experience preferred; Knowledge of long term care regulations preferred; Prior supervisory experience, excellent communication skills and computer proficiency required.
