Centers for Living and Rehabilitation
Part Time, 48 hrs per pay period

Responsibilities:
The Licensed Practical Nurse, under the direction of the Registered Nurse, is responsible for the delivery of resident/patient care through the nursing process and delegation of the Licensed Nursing Assistant team members.

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Vermont State LPN license by date of employment.
